The indoor pool at CCSF offers swim lessons, lap swimming, and aquatic aerobics classes. We offer summer pool passes for access to the outdoor pool and events.

Aquatics Programs

HydroFit and Easy Splash are fun and low-impact aquatic workouts that combine resistance exercises with cardiovascular conditioning, perfect for improving strength, flexibility, and endurance in a supportive, water-based environment​.

Free for members and $15 for non-members, Aqua Zumba® is a low-impact, high-energy workout that uses water resistance to challenge your muscles while being easy on your joints. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Meet the Coordinator

Aquatics Director, Laura Fucella

Laura Fucella brings energy, expertise, and a deep love for aquatics to her role as Swim Coordinator at Capital City Sports & Fitness. She oversees all swim programs, ensuring that every class — from Splashing Tadpoles to advanced Sharks and Adult Swim — is engaging, safe, and tailored to each swimmer’s needs.

Laura’s approach blends technical instruction with fun, fostering both skill development and confidence in the water. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities, and works closely with instructors to maintain the highest teaching standards.

Whether it’s helping a toddler feel comfortable in the pool, guiding youth through advanced stroke techniques, or encouraging adults to discover the joy of swimming, Laura is dedicated to making every lesson a positive and rewarding experience.
