Job Description:
We are excited to announce an opening for an Aquatics Instructor/Director at Capital City Sports and Fitness. This role is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about swimming and eager to lead and grow our aquatics program.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct swim lessons for various age groups, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children.

Develop and oversee a comprehensive aquatics program, potentially including adult instruction and swim teams.

Collaborate with our team to structure the program while having the autonomy to run it.
Qualifications:

Strong swimming background (prior experience on a swim team preferred).

Ability to work with diverse age groups.

A certification in aquatic instruction is not mandatory, but advantageous.

Enthusiastic about developing and implementing swimming programs.
