Sadie - Fitness Manager
Sadie has deep roots in the Concord area, having grown up in Loudon and spent most of their life in the Capital City community. They now live in Manchester with their cat and two dogs, but are excited to be back in Concord leading fitness at CCSF as our Fitness Manager.
With over 20 years of martial arts experience, Sadie brings an impressive background in Karate, Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and self-defense instruction, teaching students of all ages with energy, patience, and passion. Beyond martial arts, they are equally devoted to personal training and group fitness, helping members push their limits while making fitness accessible and enjoyable.
Sadie is a nationally certified personal trainer through NCFS and holds a master’s degree in Human Services from New England College. This unique blend of physical training expertise and behavioral health knowledge allows them to support members not just physically, but mentally and emotionally—guiding lasting, positive lifestyle changes.
At the heart of Sadie’s approach is a belief in whole-person wellness. They know that an active lifestyle is more than exercise—it’s the foundation for balance, resilience, and long-term happiness. Whether leading a high-energy fitness class, coaching one-on-one clients, or introducing new programs to CCSF, Sadie is committed to helping every member find their strength and thrive.

Meet the Trainers
Claire - Personal Trainer Director
Claire brings a background in soccer, tennis, and rock climbing along with a degree in Health Sciences and certifications in Personal Training, Holistic Nutrition, and Functional Mobility.
She’s currently training for American Ninja Warrior and focuses on mobility, performance, and injury prevention. Outside the gym, Claire enjoys yoga, baking, and time with her daughter.
