VINYASA MEANS “BREATH-SYNCHRONIZED MOVEMENT,” AND VINYASA YOGA IS A SERIES OF POSES THAT WILL MOVE YOU THROUGH THE POWER OF INHALING AND EXHALING. VINYASA MOVEMENTS ARE SMOOTHLY FLOWING AND ALMOST DANCE-LIKE, WHICH EXPLAINS WHY IT IS SOMETIMES REFERRED TO AS VINYASA FLOW OR JUST FLOW.  A GREAT CLASS FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS.​

A 60-MINUTE FITNESS BASED APPROACH TO VINYASA STYLE YOGA WITH EMPHASIS ON STRENGTH AND FLEXIBILITY.RECOMMENDED FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS.

A 60 MINUTE MIND AND BODY WORKOUT THAT COMBINES STRENGTHENING AND STRETCHING POSES WITH DEEP BREATHING, MEDITATION AND RELAXATION. RECOMMENDED FOR ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS.
